My approach is methodical. I like to understand a problem fully before I start solving it, and I love the process of getting there with other people. Different perspectives make the work better, and some of my best design decisions have come from conversations with developers, researchers, and stakeholders. I also have a solid understanding of how products get built, which helps keep my work grounded throughout.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually out running (currently training for a marathon), reading sci-fi, or thinking too hard about what AI is going to do to everything.
