I started my career in South Africa's startup scene, working across fintech, health tech and e-commerce, where things move fast and you learn to figure things out as you go. That experience is what gives me the confidence to work in any environment, on projects of any depth. A few years ago I moved to the Netherlands for a change of scenery and found myself designing for global chemical distribution. It's been a good reminder that good design thinking travels.
Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious about what makes people so different from one another, and I'm passionate about art as a way of communicating on a level words can't quite reach. I now live in Leiden and try to spend as much time in nature as I can, usually running, come rain or shine
